Forall those coming by bus the plan is to congregate at Parkers Bush Road by10.30am.

Wewill then shut the road for 10 minutes to get all the buses up in one go.

Theywill then drop off the students just before the container (marshalls will bethere to direct the flow of traffic and students to the right place)

Thebuses will then have to reverse down a driveway and park their vehicles thereuntil departure at 1/1.30pm. (Marshalls will be there to guide buses back)

Wewill group all the kids together by schools.

Microphoneswill be distributed between groups for the song.

Thesong will be sung after the blessing of the Pou which will take place at 11.30am.

LouiseStringer will lead the song. Make sure all the students know all the wordsor have the words to read if they need them.

Wewill video them and share a link with the community so everyone will get tohear it. If they sing loud enough they might hear it in town!!
