Here is the 2023 examination timetable. A personalised copy will be given to all students sitting exams in Term 4.

DERIVED GRADE FORM

This is the official NZQA form that needs to be filled in if you are absent from the NCEA examinations at the end of the year. Once you have filled it in you need to get it to the Principal Nominee – Miss Dollan. There are a range of reasons you might need this form for, so don’t hesitate to ask.

DRIVING LICENCE CREDITS 

This form is to be completed when you want to claim your driving license credits. Once you have completed it, please bring it to the Principal Nominee – Miss Dollan, for entry onto the results system. This applies to full, restricted and learners licences. It can be useful as it means the standards will show on your record of learning when you fill in various applications.

GUIDE TO ASSESSMENT AND APPEALS, ABSENCES AND LATENESS INFORMATION

The student guide to assessment and the appeals system will give you some hints and suggestions on what to do in various situations such as being away for an assessment or disagreeing with a grade.

ABSENCE FROM ASSESSMENT

This form is to be completed and handed to the HOD of the subject you have been absent from if you wish to apply for an alternative assessment date.

ASSESSMENT EXTENSION FORM

This form is to be completed and handed to the HOD of the subject you have a good reason for not completing as assignment by a due date.

ASSESSMENT APPEAL

This form is to be completed and handed to the HOD of the subject or to the Principal’s Nominee with one week of receiving the original decision.
